Our History
Kuhnle Homes was inspired by the memory of Joseph A. Kuhnle. This incredible man is my father. He grew up struggling to navigate the states foster care system. When he aged out of the system, he learned how to roof homes. Equipped with this knowledge and a hunger for growth he started a roofing company by the name of J.T. Roofing and Repair. He was a hardworking man who worked from sun up to sun down many days. As a little girl I remember noticing his boot and hands being wrapped in tape to hold them together. His business grew into J.T. Construction. His years here on earth he touched many lives and helped even more who just needed a hand. He was only a call away if you needed aa hand. The most beautiful thing about him is he truly believed your past doesn’t determine your future and anyone can change at any time. These are the lessons that I hold near and dear to my heart and will keep at the center of my company.
Our Vision
We want to give everyone the opportunity to start over and have housing available to them. Unfortunately, if you go through a difficult situation, it can be almost impossible to find some one to give you a second chance to find a safe, comfortable, and a happy home. Our Goal is to bring an end to that discrimination in our community. Each of our leases is customized to our tenants personal needs so that we can accept almost anyone even those with fur and paws regardless of breed.
